Bio
Ivy Bishop, PA-C, has been practicing internal medicine since 2014. Her main clinical interest is preventative medicine.
Ivy completed her undergraduate studies at Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas. She then went on to the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in healthcare studies and her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds additional certifications in stroke care, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
As a professional member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and a graduate member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Ivy is dedicated to her field and her community.
Away from work, Ivy is a proud mother of two girls. She is passionate about fitness and food and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She also has a plant-based cookbook available on Amazon, reflecting her commitment to healthy living and preventative lifestyle.
