John Oprysko, DO

Dr. John Oprysko is focused on family medicine and has clinical interests in preventive medicine, hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Dr. Oprysko received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Albany, attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathy–New York Institute of Technology (now New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine), in Old Westbury, and completed a family medicine residency at Long Beach Memorial Hospital, in NY. He began practicing in 1991, is certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Family Physicians.

John is married and has two adult children, and in his leisure time enjoys football, baseball, basketball and tennis. He also loves to cook, BBQ, view movies and read a good book.
