Nakato Kibuyaga-Travis, MD

Dr. Nakato Kibuyaga-Travis began practicing in 2011 with a focus on family medicine, and clinical interest in women's health and preventive medicine. She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Kibuyaga-Travis received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, and attended medical school at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, where she also completed her Family Medicine Residency. She also has a Master of Science in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

On a personal note, Dr. Kibuyaga-Travis says, “I am excited to practice and provide care for the patients in my community.” She is the mother of three sons who are involved in soccer, basketball and cross country. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling.
