Swathi Muddasani, MD, MPH (she/her/hers), is a Family Medicine physician who is passionate about comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, and helping patients achieve better health through sustainable lifestyle changes. She began practicing in 2010. Her clinical interests include obesity medicine, chronic disease management, women's health, and preventive care. Dr. Muddasani especially enjoys developing long-term relationships with her patients and working together to create personalized, evidence-based care plans.Dr. Muddasani earned her undergraduate degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in India, and completed medical school at Siddhartha Medical College, India. She finished her residency at the Ballad Health/Lonesome Pine Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, where she served as Chief Resident of the program. She also holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston. Dr. Muddasani is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
Outside of medicine, Dr. Muddasani enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, healthy baking and cooking, and shopping. She loves discovering new experiences with her family and staying active. She is a proud wife and mother of two daughters. ...
