Bio
Nurse practitioner Terence Achuo (pronounced “Tear ence/A chu o”) is passionate about providing quality care to his patients. He started practicing in 2015 with clinical interest in neurology and family and hospital medicine.
Terence earned his bachelor’s degree in nursing at The University of Texas Arlington. He then completed his graduate work and family nurse practitioner training at Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. Terence is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C). He also holds a degree in law and political science from the University of Dschang in Cameroon, Africa, and an Associate Degree in Psychology from San Jacinto College. Terence started his medical career as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) before earning additional degrees. In addition to English, he is fluent in French.
On a personal note, Terence enjoys cycling, fishing, going to the beach, vacationing, reading, and watching movies, and spending time with his two children.
