Village Medical Diagnostic Center

29409 Haggerty Rd., Ste. 100 Novi, MI 48377

At our Diagnostic Center, we focus on providing accessible and high-quality care for you and your family. Our team prides itself on providing clear, accurate images, quick scan times, and comfortable visits for all. We also make it easier for our patients to book appointments quickly, with some tests available as soon as 24 hours after scheduling. Our Diagnostic Center is located in Novi, a convenient location that services many nearby counties, including Oakland, Wayne, Livingston and Washtenaw.

Based on publicly available resources, our services are some of the most affordable options in the area, often far less than nearby health systems. We also offer convenient and free parking as well. We use advanced imaging tools to help take care of your health and offer the following services.

Services

Bone Density

Bone Density Scanning is an enhanced form of X-ray technology that is used to measure bone loss. Our GE Lunar Prodigy unit offers a low dose and quick scan time. We have the ability to scan the spine, hips, and forearms.

Ultrasound

Ultrasound involves exposing the body to high-frequency sound waves to produce pictures of the inside of the body. These exams do not use radiation. Some studies we offer include breast, abdomen, pelvis, testicular, thyroid, and vascular.

CT Scans

CT scanning combines special X-ray equipment with computers to produce multiple images of the inside of the body. CT scans are used to examine the internal organs, bone, soft tissue, and blood vessels, and provide greater clarity than regular X-rays. We have a 16-slice GE Brightspeed unit with 3D rendering capability. Some of the many body areas we scan include the head and neck, facial bones, sinus cavities, chest, abdomen, and spine. We also offer renal and aneurysm studies.

Mammography

Mammography is a specific type of imaging that uses a low-dose X-ray system to examine breasts. Our registered mammographers are trained to perform screening and diagnostic exams and we use the newest 3D technology.

Echocardiogram

An echocardiogram uses ultrasound waves to create a moving image of your heart that checks the structure and function of your heart.

Stress Echocardiograms

A stress echocardiogram uses ultrasound imaging to show how well your heart muscle is working to pump blood to your body while you exercise in a controlled setting.

Holter Monitors

A Holter monitor is a device you wear that continuously records your heart's rhythms. It can be worn anywhere from 24 hours to several days.

Cardiac Event Monitors

A cardiac event monitor is a device that you control to record the electrical activity of your heart. They are used when you need long-term monitoring of symptoms that occur less than daily to help your doctor make a diagnosis.
