Bio
Bridgette DeFrance, MSN, ARNP-BC has been in nursing for over 14 years. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Michigan, and an accelerated bachelor’s in nursing from Wayne State University. She began her nurse practitioner career in 2016 after graduating with honors at Madonna University. Her experience is in primary care and palliative care.
NP DeFrance is certified in adult and geriatric primary care through the ANCC. Other certifications are from the CAPC and ELNEC organizations. She is also certified in Advanced care planning through "Respecting Choices." She is a member of ANCC, AANP, Sigma Theta Tau honor society, and GAPNA.
She is passionate about her patients and strives to treat them physically while also addressing psychosocial needs. In her free time she teaches upcoming nurse practitioners by serving as a clinical preceptor for University of Michigan students.
