Dr. Cal Noorda (pronounced “KAL NOR-dah”) specializes in Internal Medicine and has a clinical interest in diabetes. He has been practicing since 1991.
Dr. Noorda completed a bachelor’s degree in Zoology at Brigham Young University, in Provo, UT, medical school at the University of Nevada, in Reno, and an Internal Medicine residency at University Medical Center, in Las Vegas. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and the Nevada State Medical Association (NSMA).
Dr. Noorda has a daughter, two sons and one granddaughter. His sons are in medical school at UNLV. His father was also a physician in Las Vegas, where Dr. Noorda was born and raised. He has been married for 32 years and enjoys tennis and biking.
