Bio
Nurse practitioner Carrie Church (pronounced "KEH ree / Ch ER ch”) cares for the health and wellbeing of adults. She has been practicing medicine since 2002.
Carrie earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She earned her master’s of nursing science specializing in family medicine from Maryville University of St. Louis in Town and Country, Missouri. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Carrie is a member of several professional organizations including the American Nurses Association (ANA), Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI) Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Arizona Nurse Practitioner Council (AzNPC).
When she isn’t with patients, Carrie enjoys baking, live music, watching football and reading. She also loves playing board games with family.
