Bio
Physician assistant Emily Downs is passionate about helping her patients achieve healthier lives. She started practicing in 2019 with medical interest in mental health, women’s health, preventive medicine and COVID-19. Emily treats adults, performing adult physical exams, well woman exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.
Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson University in 2015. She then completed physician assistant school at South University in Savannah, GA. Emily is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Georgia Academy of Physician Assistants (GAPA).
When she’s not helping her patients, Emily enjoys watching Clemson football, bike riding and walking her dog.
