Bio
Nurse Practitioner Erica Eggman (pronounced “Eh-rih-KUH”) has been practicing since 2016, with a focus on Family Medicine (without Obstetrics) and areas of clinical interest in orthopedics, neurology and gerontology.
Erica earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, and a Master of Science in Nursing from University of Phoenix. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), in Basic Life Support (BLS) and as a Registered Nurse (RN). She has received a Best of Northwest Healthcare Hero award twice, and advocates for future nurse practitioners as a preceptor.
A Tucson native, Erica is a farm girl at heart. She and her family keep a collection of animals on their land, including a pigs, dogs, rabbits and a desert tortoise. On her days off, you’ll find Erica running in the yard with the pigs. Each summer, she and her family vacation in Mexico.
