Haley Page, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who started practicing in 2025. Her main clinical interest is caring for adult patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
Haley earned her Nurse Practitioner degree from Grand Canyon University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
Haley is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With her background and experience, she is determined to provide personalized patient care, while maintaining honesty and integrity, with empathy, respect, and professionalism while fostering an environment of commitment and lifelong learning.
In her free time, Haley loves to hike, travel, and spend time with her loved ones. She has two adorable miniature dachshunds, Harper and Hazel, and a golden retriever named Jack. Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Haley spent 10 years working as a Registered Nurse in the CV ICU, which she loved.
