Bio
Jamie Holland works to be your neighborhood family doctor. She is eager to learn and will always give the best possible care to her patients.
Jamie grew up in Colorado but ventured to San Diego State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She happily returned home to Colorado where she attended Rocky Vista University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. Jamie then completed her residency at the Fort Collins Family Medicine Residency.
Relationships are critical for quality care, according to Jamie. She values the strong relationships between her and her patients that allow them to trust her medical advice and value her opinions. Jamie is also an osteopath at heart. “I truly believe the body is a unit capable of self-healing with the guidance and aid of medical knowledge.”
Balance is key when it comes to health. Jamie practices this by moving her body every day, eating nutritious foods, and making sleep a priority. She makes sure to have some fun and enjoy the yummy foods to keep her mental health strong too.
Professional Interests:
Jamie is passionate about taking care of families and the scope of their health care needs; from prenatal care to newborn exams, adolescent medicine to routine adult health screenings, and everything in between. She is also a “hands-on” kind of provider that likes to perform in-office procedures and OMT.
Personal Interests:
Jamie’s two bundles of energy, aka, her sons always keep her busy. Whether its riding bikes, playing catch, exploring new trails, or building a snow fort, they like to spend their time outside. Jamie also loves the water and baking.
