Jennifer Delabra, APRN, FNP-C

Jennifer Delabra, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who began practicing in 2019. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, promoting healthy aging, and geriatrics.

Jennifer completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a member of several professional associations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American College of Rheumatology/Association of Rheumatology Professionals.

Jennifer strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, informed, and actively involved in their care. Her approach emphasizes preventive care, early detection, and fostering patient involvement in managing their long-term health. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with patients and delivering holistic, evidence-based care that supports overall wellness.

Outside of the practice, Jennifer enjoys reading, attending Houston Rockets games, going to musical events, traveling, and spending time with her family.
