Jodie Beltran-Garcia, PA-C

Jodie Beltran PA-C is a proud member of the Village Medical Family Medicine care team. She began her career as a Physician Assistant in 2015, with clinical interests in internal medicine and chronic care. Her emphasis is on preventative care, managing diabetes, cardiac disease, liver disease, GI disorders, thyroid issues, mental health, women's health, and weight loss management, among others.

She completed her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Human Biology with an emphasis on Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin, and further completed her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg, TX. Her certification is from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Jodie is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She enjoys serving as a clinical preceptor to Medical Students, Physician Assistant students, and NP students from various universities. In addition to English, Jodie is fluent in Spanish.

Jodie has a strong connection to her local community, because she was born and raised here, and has a strong commitment to serving her family, friends, and neighbors. In her personal time, her interests span across sports, cycling, outdoor activities, music, traveling, and enjoying new experiences with her family. Her biggest sense of pride and joy comes from being the mother of two beautiful neurodivergent twins.
