Katy Snyder, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant with a focus on Primary Care. She started her practice in 2024 and has a keen interest in cardiology, nutrition, and weight management. With her background in dietetics, she is passionate about improving patients' heart and metabolic health through a mix of medicine, lifestyle, and practical nutrition.
Katy completed her undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. She then pursued her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), and the American Association of Surgical Physician Assistants (AASPA).
Outside of her professional life, Katy enjoys cooking and hiking. She loves spending time in the Hill Country, taking in its beauty. She is also a big fan of football season and loves cheering on the Texas Longhorns!
