Khamranie Persaud, MD, FACP

Khamranie Persaud, MD, FACP, has been practicing since 2009, with a focus on Internal Medicine. She also has a strong interest in Obesity Medicine, Anti-aging, and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Persaud earned her undergraduate degree at CUNY Queens College in Queens, NY, and attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. She is certified by ABIM, ABOM, and AAAARM and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Persaud is also a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, the American Board of Obesity Medicine, and Doctors for Global Health.

Dr. Persaud is fluent in Spanish and Hindi, which helps her serve a diverse range of patients.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Persaud loves to travel and experience different cultures. She enjoys cooking and trying new cuisines, as well as going to movies and Broadway shows. She is an avid reader and enjoys a wide range of books. Dr. Persaud is happily married and a mother to two daughters. She was born in Guyana, with ancestors from India, and has spent most of her life in New York City and Lake Havasu City.
