Margaret Ballard, APRN, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner Margaret Ballard (pronounced “MAR-greht BA-lard”) is focused on Primary Care and has clinical interests in pediatrics and adult primary care. She began practicing in 2021.

Margaret earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bellarmine University, in Louisville, and a Master of Science in Nursing at Eastern Kentucky University, in Richmond.

She is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse-Midwives (KANPNM).

As Margaret’s career grows, she plans to take on different roles that will add to the care of her patients. Her life revolves around her family. Her three nieces and two nephews make her world go round, and she enjoys spending time with her many cousins. She loves reading, adventures, traveling, live sports and getting outside of her comfort zone.
