Dr. Millett earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University. He attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine at A.T. Still University (ATSU-KCOM) in Kirksville, MO, and he completed his residency at the University of Nebraska with a focus in family medicine.
Dr. Millett served thirteen years in the United States Air Force. On a personal note, he enjoys being active outdoors, hiking, mountain biking and wakeboarding. He also enjoys reading, music, singing and playing guitar
