Mini Chennemkara, FNP-C

Nurse practitioner Mini Chennemkara (pronounced “Mih nee / Chen um kar uh”) has been providing quality care to patients since 2020. She has a wide range of clinical interests including chronic health conditions, urgent care and primary care. Mini works with patients of all ages.

Mini received her bachelor of science in nursing from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, India. She completed her nurse practitioner training at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She also earned a master’s degree in public administration from Panjab University at Chandigarh, India. Mini has been received awards for her nursing, and she has served in leadership as a preceptor.

Mini is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is also certified in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). Mini is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and Houston Area Nurse Practitioners (HANP).

She is fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

On a personal note, Mini and her husband have three children. When she is not working with patients, Mini enjoys cooking, reading and gardening.
