Robert Maynard (pronounced “Ro bert/Main ard”), MD, is devoted to the well-being of his patients. He started practicing in 2007 with clinical interests in general cardiovascular medicine, preventive cardiology, and cardiac imaging.
Dr. Maynard earned his undergraduate degree in physiology from Michigan State University. He attended medical school at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL, and in cardiovascular medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and in nuclear cardiology by the National Board for Echocardiography.
On a personal note, Dr. Maynard is a veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard and served as a Major.
