Rose Macalister, NP

Nurse Practitioner Rose Macalister began practicing in 2013 with a focus on primary care and clinical interest in lifestyle medicine, nutritional medicine and obesity medicine. She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Rose received her undergraduate degree and master’s degree in Nursing at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, CO. She is a member of the AANP and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is a former Legislative Representative for the Northern Colorado Nurse Practitioner Coalition.

On a personal note, she says, “I believe that health care starts with your own personal self-care. What you eat, how you sleep, how you manage your stress, relationships and personal goals all have a direct impact on your body, mind and spirit.” Rose enjoys walking daily, hiking in the Colorado mountains, and spending free time with friends and family.
