Bio
Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Satya Patel (Pu-tel) is a committed clinician, working with his patients to help them live healthier lives. Practicing medicine since 2009, Dr. Patel focuses on adult and pediatric medicine. He performs adult physical exams, well-child exams and Medicare annual wellness visits.
Satya completed medical school at Sri Ramachandra Medical University in Chennai, India. He then finished his residency in family medicine at St. John Hospital in Detroit. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
When he's not practicing medicine, Dr. Patel enjoys running, exercising, watching movies and spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is fluent in Gujarati. A fun fact about Satya is that he played varsity tennis in high school and was an 18-and-under table tennis district champ.
