Bio
Walter Speirs, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant who has been providing primary care since 2001. His areas of clinical interest are broad and include cardiac, pulmonary, wellness, sports medicine, and procedures.
Walter began his journey in the medical field at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Physiology. He later completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah in 2001. Walter also holds a degree in Respiratory Therapy, which he received in 1985.
He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an affiliate of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and a fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).
Outside of work, Walter enjoys staying active with hiking, bicycling, water sports, and skiing. His passion for wellness extends into his personal life, and he loves sharing this passion with his patients.
