Wondwessen Kebede, FNP

Nurse Practitioner Wondwessen (pronounced “Wandson”) Kebede is dedicated in providing quality patient care. He cares for patient ages 5 and up and enjoys assisting patient to manage their chronic medical problems and acute illness. He likes to guide patient to follow healthy lifestyle choices. He began practicing in 2017, with a focus on family medicine, and a clinical interest in primary care. He is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Texas Nurse Practitioners.

Wondwessen obtained his Bachelor of Science in nursing at Langston University in Oklahoma in 2008, and completed his Master of Science in nursing at University of Texas at Arlington in 2017. In addition to English, he speaks Amharic.

When he is not working he enjoys working out 3 to 4 times a week and spending time with his wife and daughter. His favorite hobby is playing soccer.
