Zeshan Gohar, MD

Zeshan Gohar, M.D., is a Family Medicine physician whose clinical interests include geriatric medicine, preventive care, and wellness promotion. He is passionate about helping older adults maintain independence, manage chronic conditions such as DM, HTN, COPD, and CHF effectively, and improve quality of life through patient-centered care. He also focuses on healthy aging, cognitive health, fall prevention, and personalized wellness plans tailored to each patient’s lifestyle and goals.

Dr. Gohar completed his undergraduate study of biology at the University of Missouri St. Louis. He attended medical school at the American University of Antigua in Antigua and Barbuda, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at UAMS West in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).

Dr. Gohar is fluent in Pashto, Urdu, and Hindi, which allows him to serve a diverse group of patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Gohar enjoys spending quality time with his kids and family. He loves reading, watching sports, and staying active—pickleball has become one of his favorite ways to have fun and keep moving. He values balance in life and tries to bring that same mindset into his approach to patient care.
