About
Bio
Daniel Rasor (pronounced “Da n / Ra cer”), MD, is devoted to his patients’ wellbeing. He started practicing in 1988 with clinical interest in diabetes and thyroid disorders.
Dr. Rasor earned his undergraduate degree in biology at The University of Texas at Austin. He attended medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Rasor completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) with a focus in family medicine. He is also fluent in Spanish.
On a personal note, Dr. Rasor has an adult son and daughter. He enjoys time with his family and cats. He also enjoys college football, traveling and wine tasting.
