Eduardo Alvarez, PA-C

Physician Assistant Eduardo Alvarez (pronounced “Eh-DWAR-doh ALL-var-eh-z”) is focused on Family Medicine, and has a variety of clinical interests including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and musculoskeletal medicine (MSK). He has been practicing since 2004.

Eduardo earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha and went on to receive a Master of Physician Assistant Studies there. He completed the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Center & School located at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA).

Eduardo completed 23-1/2 years of active-duty service for the U.S. Army, retiring honorably with the rank of Captain. The father of four sons—all musicians—Eduardo loves his free orchestra concerts and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoys cooking on his grill, swimming, and any handyman-related job. He is fluent in Spanish.
