Faiza Wajid, DO

Dr. Faiza Wajid began practicing in 2014 with a focus on family medicine and clinical interest in geriatrics, women’s well exams, preventative care, diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Wajid received her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology at Benedictine University in Lisle, IL, attended medical school for her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University-Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, IL, and completed her residency at Western Michigan University School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, MI, and a traditional internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Stratford, NJ.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Medical Society of Vermont, Medical Society of NH, American Osteopathic Association and Midwestern University Alumni Association.

In addition to English, Dr. Wajid speaks fluent Urdu and Hindi.

On a personal note, she likes to read, paint, cook and travel to new places to learn about various cultures. She enjoys being active in nature and spending time with her children.
